The bio-agrifood sector has increasingly gained strength over the past few years due to the diligent efforts of producers as well as several organizations located in Baie-des-Chaleurs and specializing in bio-agrifood sector development.

The mission of this not-for-profit organization is to promote and support the marketing of bio-food products from Gaspé.

Fédération de l’UPA de la Gaspésie (UPA)
The UPA represents farm producers, offers training to its members and markets agricultural products. In addition, the UPA can provide information on agricultural business opportunities in the region.
